DIES A T 68Last Rites Held l or Mrs. HardestyMrs Elizabeth Hardesty, 68, rural Oneida, died at 3 05 a.m April 16 at St Mary’s Hospital, Galesburg She was born May 24,1907, near Oneida and lived all of her life in the Oneida community She was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church, Woodhull Survivors include a son,George, Pompano Beach, Fla , three brothers, Vern Johnson of Galesburg, Oscar Johnson of Knoxville and F Leonard Johnson, Oneida, one sister, Mrs Charles (Verna) Engstrom, Lynn Center, and nine grandchildren Services were held at Hendricks Funeral Home, Oneida April 18at 2:30p.m with the Hev Duane Wisner, pastor of Bethany Lutheran Church, officiating Organist was Mrs Joe Collopy Serving as pall bearers were Robert Mitchell, Robert Harmi-son, Edward Bowman, Kenneth Anderson and Duane Rylander Burial was in the Oneida Cemetery
