LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO CREDITORS CREATION OF SECURITY INTEREST Under Uniform Commercial Code - Bulk Transfers To all those holding claim against the debtor hereinafter named, based on trans actions or events occurring before the bulk transfer described below is consummated. Notice is hereby given that a bulk transfer by way of creation of a security interest is about to be made; the name of the debtor is WORLDWIDE MUNITIONS, INC., the business address of the debtor is 3016 South Halladay Street, Unit A, Santa Ana, California; the name of the secured party is AMERICAN FACTORS, INC., a California Corporation; the business ad dress of the secured party is 8444 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 600, Beverly Hills, California; so far as it is known to the secured party, said debtor has used the following other business names and addresses within three years last past: Business Names: PACIFIC RELOAD ING, MARKELL PRECISION CAST BUL LETS, STEVE HANDEL ASSOCIATES, Business Addresses: 1627 East Edinger Unit C, Santa Ana, California, 20401 Camfield Lane, Huntington Beach, California. The property to be subjected to the security interest is now located at 3016 South Halladay Street, Unit A, Santa Ana California, the property to be subjected to the security interest may be described generally as all furniture, funnies, machinery, equipment, tools, tooling, fix tures, motor vehicles, trailers, inventory of materials, work in process and finished poos, and general intangibles, and the will transfer by way of creation of security interest is to be consummated at the office of AMERICAN FACTORS, INC., 2444 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, Califor nia, on or after May 5, 1975.
