A neighbor who heard the victim scream called police.Sergeant James Caliendo and Offi eer Pat Spizzinoco reportedly learned Carbone’s name and address at the River Grove restaurant, and arrested him at his home in Des Plaines Carbone put up $10,000 bond for ap pearance in court May 7. A complaint of attempted rape was signed against him.
