Lake P-TA Sponsors Juvenile Style Show And Benefit AffairSeventy-five children paraded 1 what the well dressed youngsters ! will wear this summer at a juve-* nile style show at the Lake school on Thursday, April 15, sponsored by the Lake P*TA.Modelling styles from rain outfits to evening wear the small models appeared in bathing suits, play clothes, school clothes, brother and sister outfits, and dress I clothes. Included in the wardrobe were girl scout, cub and scou scout uniforms.Music for the style parade was ; furnished by the junior high school band which also played two numbers of the program.The program included piano solos by Georgette Clark and Helen Green and vocal solos by i Johnette Walker and the four year old soloist, Jerry Lou Bod-dan.Tne second grade chorus sang a group of songs including “Cowboys, “On the Seashore and Sing a Song while the junior high school boys’ chorus accompanied by the director, Mrs. P. J, Higginbotham, sang two num-i bors.Joy Gentile appeared in a dance ’solo accompanied by Nola Jean | Hatten.Other attractions such as a country store, a fishing pond and food sale were featured at the benefit performance.
