D„ 1918, and lived together as husband and wife until about the Siet day of August, 1919,at which time they separated and have not i ,ved together as husband and wife rince said date. Defendant’s treatment toward plaintiff was of such a harsh and cruel nature as to render their living together insupportable, defendant would often curse and abuse plaintiff and threatened to kill him and the conduct of defendant kept him in constant fear of death. ^Plaintiff prays that defendant Ue cited to answer this petition and that on a hearing hereof plaintiff have judgment dissolving said marriage, for costs of suit and general relief.
