Paragraph 4.Another tract of land with all buildings and improvements thereon, being all that portion of whal is known as the dialer p'ace, situated on right bank of Cane River. descending, emhraced in the following description: That portion of said dialer place on right bank of Cane Kiver descending, running to a point for depth sutllcient to give Five Hundred and Sixty Five acres, an* included in the following boundaries: On thefront by Cane River: above by lands now or formerly of Mrs. C. Friedman and public road: below by iands now or formerly belonging to Balthazar and Jones and originally belonging to Oscar dialer: and in the rear by lands of J. C. Johnson and E. G. Lawton; the rear line being a straight continuous line from the corner where the above described tract joins the land of Mrs. C. Friedman and J. O. Johnson on the public road to Cypress, to the southern corner of the land above described where it now joins the land which tract according to the corrected sale made bv E, G Lawton to Mathew Jones contains Wo acres.Paragraph 5.Another tract of land with all buildings and improvements thereon, and being three certain tracts of land containing in the aggregate 105 acres, more or less, bounded above by lands of Mrs. Leroy: below by lands of Obin Rocque; in the rear by Bayou Brevelle and in front by Cane River.Paragraph 6.Another tract of land, with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated on left descenlng bank of Cane River, containing 2N0 acres. and bounded above by lands now or formerly of B.
