The following; are lb© routine proceeding:D. J. Lambert and others appeared to object the Funk road, tho petition for which was received at tho March meeting. So many objections were raised and no much damage wasnaked that tho petition was rejected. Tho amount necessary to open tho road was over $2,000 exclusive of damages.The road asked for by C. H. Hen-demon and others was allowed after a hearing. Damages of $10.75 were allowed to D. h. McOiuois and $27 to T. D., Duncan.Parties allowed damages must accept same withiu ton diya or the county attorney will proceed to obtain right of way by law.The bill of Dr. Piedalue,^66, laid over froiHtho December, aeroiou and tho hill of Dr. Bishop, of Bonner's Ferry, laid- over from September meeting, were rejected.\V.
