Hon. A. II. Stcpiienw.We learn from the Savannah News that lion. A. If. Stephens left Crawfordville on Saturday morning for Cedar Town, in Polk county. He will attend court in Polk to assist in the prosecution of Capt. Morrison, charged with the murder of Thomas Chisolm, who was killed on the general election day in October last.
