Oi/*Uavtng'recenily travelled on the Belle Quigley, we have, had an excellent opportunity of observing how Capt. Beard and the gentlemanly officers under him do up things on that neat and fleet little steamer; and we are pleased to say that every thing is “O. K.” in that quarter. In point of speed she can cope with any of the “fast boats”—her table and accommodations for passengers are superb, and every attention is paid to make the sojourn of all on the boat pleasant and agreeable.
