The hflsebail fever has attacked the cripples. Two teams have been matte up eutireiy of maimed men. He was well known once as the one armed street ear conductor on Fifth and Sixth Streets line. A. Hanson, of Ninth street and Fairmount avenue is. the pitcher. Hisleft ami la entirely gone—another victim to arailroad accident. J. Flick, of No 902 Melonstreet, guards first base. His right arm was amputated at the shoulder aftor a car had run over j it. A. C. C'alen, of No. f02 East Huntingdon street, plays third base. His right arm is all gone, (diaries Roberts, of No. ll;50 West Dauphin street, is right fielder. His right arm was crushed in a rolling mill, and is otT below the elbow. John Donahue, of Tenth and Diamondstreets, plays center field with his right hand missing, william Young, of fdJ North Sixthstreet, is left fielder.
