WERNER—NEUMANNA Picturesque wedding was solemnised at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Wakefield St, Adelaide, on Saturday last, the participating parties being Marjory Edith, only daughter of Mr. and the late Mrs. R. O. Werner, of Camden (formerly of Cal-lington), and Peter Ross, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Neumann, of Palmer. The church was beautifully decorated by Mrs. Frltsch, wife of the officiating clergyman. Rev. W. W. Frltsch.The bride entered the church on I the arm of her father, looking very attractive in her gown of white tulle over satin with a medium length ' train. Her gown, a low-walated flt-‘ ting bodice, high neckline, threenuar-ter length full sleeves, was fitted Into a band of satin ribbon, trimmed with true lover's knotB to match the trlm-* mlng on the bodice and peplum. The [tlong graceful train of fine tulle washeld In place with clusters of tube-* roses to match the Victorian posy ’ she carried.| Mrs. Keith Neumann (sister-in-law) carried out her duties as chief matron 1 j of honor, assisted by Mrs. Max Neu-Imann. and bridesmaids Misses Daphne Roehnfeldt, Margaret Teakle and Una ' j Fielke. All were frocked alike in pale : | blue tulle over satin with lace ho-dices, finished with a V-8haped neck-’ - line, with shawl effect over shoulders, (and with elbow length mittens. Pic-’, ture hats of the same delicate shade, trimmed with blue velvet ribbon, and | j Victorian posies were carried to match the pink floral trimmings on ; the hats. All wore the bridegroom's gift of a gold necklet studded with ruby. The bridegroom was assisted I by Mr. Ronald Werner (brother) as best man. The bridegroom's mother | looked very attractive In her black crene jacket suit and black hat trlm-j meil with blue, as also did the bride's I grandmother, dressed In her black 1. silk frock with a black hat.Mr. Pred Kummerow sang during I the signing of the register and Mr. j Thiele presided at the organ. After I the ceremony the guests were entertained in the Camden hall where the usual toasts were given. The three-tiered wedding cakp was beautifully baked and Iced hy Mrs. Roehnfeldt.The bride's travelling frock was of ice blue satin back trimmed with i black lace, with a matching bolero. She wore a black picture hat and accessories. The benpy couple left for Svdnev where their honeymoon will be spent.
