Knapp, as administrator of the estate of Mary Theresa Knapp, deceased, has been presented to the above entitled court tor settlement, together with n petition lor a distribution of uaid estate, and asking the court to settle such report, distribute the property to the persons entitled to the same, and discharge said administrator, has been tiled in this court, and that the 8th day of May, A, D. 1932, at 9:30 A.
