Craig were in Linden Tuesday and Wednesday to attend the District Meeting of the M. E. Missionary Societies.Rev. and Mrs. Stovall and Mrs. Frank Paddack also attended some of the sessions.Verna Bickett Gets Watch.Miss Verna Bickett, was presented with a wrist watch at the medicine show Saturday night, having received the highest number of votes as the most popular young lady in Darlington. About twenty-four of our popular young ladies were in the contest, iAnother Photographer. jDue to an oversight on our part last j week, we failed to report the presence; of another photographer in town. The young man arrived at the home of Mr.; and Mrs. John R. Hettinger Saturday, April 9th.
