Shepperd and her husband Park Shepperd, Stewart W. Grim, Lizzie Grim, Annie M. Willhelm, J. W. Ford and Philip M. Ford are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they appear within fifteen days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary ta protect their inter-; est in this suit. The object of the original bill in this suit was to subject the interest of John ! R, Mesmer in certain real estate in Winchester, Virginia, and in Clarke county, Virginia, to the payment of the debt due the Plaintiff. Miller, and which was conveyed to her as set forth in said second amended and supplemental bill and for general relief. The said6 land conveyed by Grims to Mary M.
