Hall. 47; and Wilfred Thomas Wiscombe. 37. all married men hired a lfi-fcet launch at Liebrand's boatshed, Burrancer Bay. Port Hacking, to fish off Port Hacking heads. They wore warned of the danger of going out to sea Whether they went outside the hcalt;1«. or not is not known, but during the afternoon strong winds suddenly sprang up. causing treacherous seas along the coast. A a the men failed to return, a spat eh was made for them, but no trace of the missing launch or Its occupants could be found. Although the search has continued by land. sea. and Air, since the men were reported missing, no trace of the launch or men had been found
