Ho had only administered what he considered well-deserved punishment.These facts were clearly proved by the evidence ; and the bench, in dismissing the case, ex pressed an opinion that the defendaut was perfectly justified, and lud ouly done his duty in chastising the girl for going out at night when ordered not to do so.
