SPublic notice is hereby given to the said William Baird that a wnt of attacbmant is-juedout of the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of said county on the 28Jh day of August, a r, J1854, at the suit of John o, Clark and James Gamble of McLean county and a* gainst the estate of William Baud for the sum of sixty dollars directed to the Sheriff of said county which has been returned endorsed as follows, to-wit: Aug. 2bth, 1854, levied upon the South West quarter of section no. Jl? township 26, nortn rauge, one west of the 3d principal^ metidian, in the county aforesaid.
