Notice to Contractors.OEALED PROPOSALS, to be opened on the ? 20th of May next, will bo received by the undersigned for the erection of the second edifice of the State Lni-versity, on the foundation already laid. The stone work and materials, the plastering and materials, and the joiners work and materials, may be bid for separately or joint* ly, at the option of the bidder. The bail ding to be secure closed in and under roof, on or before the 30th of November, 1854, and fnily completed by the first day of Mag 1855.The plans and specifications will be open for examination at the office ot 1.
