A pretty wedding was solem nized on Tuesday, April 10, at 7 p.m. in St. Pauls United Church, Winnipeg, when Lenora Green ing of Winnipeg, daughter of Alf Greening and the late Mrs. Greening, formerly of Lakeland Was married to Murray Ander son, son of Mrs. and the late Mr. H. Anderson, also of Winnipeg. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Stanley McLeod. The bride, given in marriage by her brother, Adam, chose a gown of white satin with brocad ed finish. It had a fitted bodice and long sleeves. A trailing veil held in place by a crown of flow ers, and a bouquet of Amercian Beauty Roses, completed her striking attire. The bride's sisters, Margaret and Mary, were bridesmaids and wore long gowns in mauve and blue. They had shoulder veils and carried bouquets of yellow and pink roses. Mrs. Pearl Summer field, sister of the groom was mat ron of honor. She was similarly attired in a yellow gown and car ried a bouquet of yellow roses. Little Joan Gardiner, niece of the bride looked pretty as a flower girl in a long blue dress. The groom was attended by his brother-in-law, Syd Sage. The ushers were Syd Nelson and Ted Summerfield, brothers-in-law of the bride and groom. After the ceremony, a recept ion was held at Patterson's Ranch House where around one hundred guests partook of hospitality. The toast to the bride and groom was proposed by Mr.tterson, manager of Patterson’s Orches tra—of which the groom is a member. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson spent a few days after their marriage as guests of the bride’s brother in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Gardiner of Lakeland. They will reside in Winnipeg.
