COMMISSIONER’S SALE lt;F LAND.Under and by virtue of an order of the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, to me directed, made In the special proceeuing entitled “D. P. Mc-C. Hart, Miss Agnes S. Gifford, Miss Mary C. Gifford, Jennie StenhouSe, Agnes Stenkouse and Violet Stenhouse, Cord, Executor of the. Will of Jane Stenhouse, deceased, vs. Mrs. Jennie the undersiged Commissioner will, on Saturday, the Gth day of May, 1911, at twelve o’clock M., at the Court House door in Charlotte, N. C., offer for sale, to the highest bidder, the following tracts of land:“First Tract: Beginning at a block, now or formerly J. D. Barnett’s corner, and runs N. 1 1-2 W. 128 poles to a P. O.; thence N. 2 1-2 E. 72 poles to a hickory, (down); thence S 79 1-2 E. passing Stougu’s corner, 125 poles to a stone; thence S. 22 W. 184 poles to a snne, B. D. Brown’s corner; thence N. 49 1-2 W. 38 poles to the beginning, containing 82 acres less 10 acrfes sold to D. P. McCord; being the same tract of land described in deed executed to Jane Stenhouse by J. F. Stenhouse and wife by deed recorded in Book 54, page 542 in Register of Deeds Office for Mecklenburg County aforesaid.”“Second Tract: Beginning at theSouthwest corner of Mrs. Florah McClure’s lot (formerly S. C. Hunter’s) and running with E. C. Alexander’s line S. 81 1-2 W. 18 1-2 poles to a stake in center of West Street; thence S. 9 E. 8 poles to W. J.
