J. Holtgreve were dismissed in the District Court Saturday by request of District Attorney Jake Morrison, who stated that his reasons for dismissing the indictments were that the boys, all under age, who had given testimony against Holtgreve before the grand jury now ed that he had made untrue statements and one of the boys, Sam Markins, stated that he had made untrue stattmntes previously.
