Barnes of Lafayette county has been duly declared a bankrupt by an order of the said court made on the 13th day of March a. d. 1S43 and that the said Wm. Barnes has applied for a certificate of final dischargo from his debts under the act of congress in such case made and provided aud the 3dmondayof June 1813 at Aberdeen has been set for the final hearing.
