Board Votes to Renovate Prirthh Floor for Patient Care to Re lieve Crowded Condition. Members of Freeman hospit board voted at a dinner meetin yesterday to renovate the fift floor of the hospital and, follow in renovation, to open the floor patient care, in order to relieve heavy patient-housing load. According to board members, th hospital has operated at near ca pacity during the last year, an over capacity several times during the year. The remodeling will include no windows, floors, plumbing and fu n shings. The rev, Ralph Roland, chai man of the board, presided at th meeting.
