D.King, Justice of the peace of Carson City township, to appear before District Judge Quild Apri l 36, to show why 4 judgment againist Galduroz should not be chancelled. 'The local justice rendered a de fait judgment March 28,1031, in favor at Baptiste Borda ‘against Galduroz in the:,sum of 3298 said attorney fees for moneys alleged: to he dite Borda. The petitioner claims that’ the complaint and summons served on him in the matter were not properly certified or endorsed and that the justice’s court had no jurisdiction of the matter.
