INDIANAPOLIS, April 18 — Da wid C Stevenson, augted Grand Dra gon, of the Ku Klux Klan, of [j lana today was indicted by the Mar ion count grad jury on a first de free murder charge for the death of Miss Madseberholtzer, an Indiana polis girl. Miss Oberholtzer died lately from noon after a midnight train rige during which she said she was at tacked by Stevenson. The indiictment is based on the charge that Steven son refused medieval attention after the gird had taken poison in a hotel at Hammond.
