“SOUTHLAND” TO BE NAME OF. NEW--AND--ELEGANT STRUC TURE TO BE ERECTED. BY. W. H. JAMESON OF THIS CITY; COST’ WHEN COMPLETE OVER $125000 ‘W. H. Jameson is in possession of a drawing of the new tourist, hotel he is to erect In the near future on Sixth street, between Washburn and Belle street. This “elegant, new hotel is to be known “as the “Southland.” It is to cost in the neighborhood of $125, 000 exclusive of the furnishings and to property on which. It will be erected. lt.fg.to be the most,modern that money will build, and will be built of reinforced concrete .through out, , Only one half of the building is to be built at present, and. ‘the other in the near future. Each section of the building is to be built In the form of an L. The first section will face on Sixth and Washburn streets, “leaving a small bark on’ the corner.
