She ia well educated and has been admitted in the bar of South Dakota, after studying three years in the office of l^angly Bros., of Huron, S. !., where she has resided for twenty years with her j»arent«. Her father is considered wealthy, baying made his money from small inventions, which he patented. He has no other occupation.A Huron lady now resident of St Paul says that Senator Clark has visited Miss Laube at her home several times during the past few years, and on the**; occasions always brought his horses, carriage and coachman, and generally spent a week or two with Miss laube and her family. Miss lanbe is quite an orator, and during the last national campaign she made many Republican speeches on the Pacific coast.
