Superior Court.State Attorney Reed last week cleared the docket of criminal cases ready for trial. Arthur House, convicted of break-into a bain and henhouse of Franklin P. Andrews of Coventry, was sentenced to six years instate prison; Henry Dewey, who burglarized the house of Benjamin Loomis in Tolland, was sentenced to five years in state prison; Christopher Mullen, tried for assault on a Polander, escaped conviction through failure of the assaulted man to appear as a witness ; John McDermott and Joseph Kelley were each sent to prison for 9 months underthe tramp law ; Elizabeth Glazier of Stafford, formerly Elizabeth O’Neill, was given a divorce from Henry A. Glazier on the ground of desertion. Court met at Tolland on Tuesday, but boyond putting over a few cases very little was done, except to make adjournment to Rockville, where a brief session was devoted to Rockville cases and final adjournment made yesterday.
