SHELLBROOK — COURT NEWS APRIL 15, 1974 eter Yakabowski of 1125 Ave. P. South, Saskatoon, Sask. pleaded guilty to a charge of driving a motor veh ile while having a blood alco hol reading of over .08%. He was fined $150 and costs. Sub ject suspended from driving for a period of 6 months. Royce Mason of Holbein, Sask. entered a plea of guilty to a charge of possession of Cannibis Marijuana. A fine of $125.00 and costs was levied. Gary W. Daniels of Alingly, sask. pleaded guilty to a char ge of driving a motor vehicle While having a blood alcohol reading of over .08% He was fined $250.00 and costs. His driver's licence will be suspen ded for a period of 6 months. Carl Brown of Shellbrook, Sask. and Daryl Matheson of Mont Nebo, Sask. appeared on charges of refusing to supply a sample of breath for alco hol analysis. Both individuals centered pleas of not guilty and a trial date was set. ‘Norman Provencher of Shellbrook pleaded guilty to ‘a charge of unnecessary spin ning of tires within the town of Shellbrook. He was fined $35.00 and costs.
