A fine of $125.00 and costs was levied. Gary W. Daniels of Alingly, sask. pleaded guilty to a char ge of driving a motor vehicle While having a blood alcohol reading of over .08% He was fined $250.00 and costs. His driver's licence will be suspen ded for a period of 6 months. Carl Brown of Shellbrook, Sask. and Daryl Matheson of Mont Nebo, Sask. appeared on charges of refusing to supply a sample of breath for alco hol analysis. Both individuals centered pleas of not guilty and a trial date was set. ‘Norman Provencher of Shellbrook pleaded guilty to ‘a charge of unnecessary spin ning of tires within the town of Shellbrook. He was fined $35.00 and costs.
