Cub Scout Pack 85 met April 10 at St. John Lutheran Church with Den 6 memory acting as hosts. Awards Were presented to Ronnie Thompson, bobcat pine; Mark Cookus, wolf badge; Alan Stevens, silver arrow and Harvey Ulrich, recruiter badge. Year pins were presented to Richard Berry, one year; and Mark Ross, Rodney Wilhelm, Mark Arnold and Kevin Peterson, two years. Todd Guenther received the Webeloes award for having completed his requirements for tender food, the highest award that can be earned in Cub Scouting. Webelo activities awards went to Kevin Peterson, geologist, citizen; Timothy Marquardt, scientists; Mike Gustafson, scientist; John Kent, sports man, scientist; Rodney Wilhelm, citizen, scientist; Kevin Ticnor, scientist; Mark Essam, scientist, geologist; David Nitz, geologist; Jonathan Lubben, scientist; Steven Sand, geologist; Gary Johnston, scientist; James Schiedeler, geologist, artist; Lyle Doeschot, artist, scientist, geologist, forester; Joel Lubben scientist, geologist; Mike Guenther, geologist, scholar; Phillip Cook, scientist; Todd Gibson, scientist; Mark Ross, artist; Mark Arnold, citizen, scientist; and John Bence, scientist. Den chief shoulder cords were given to Gordon Greenin and Scott Ticor. Den 6 presented three short skits for which the boys made their own costumes. Refresh ments were served by the mothers of Den 6.
