A wedding of more than local in terest is that of Sybil Buckingham Reeder and Charles Armatrong Green, which was solemnized Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the Central Presbyterian Church with Dr. R. Thomson officiating. Only immedi ate relatives were present. The bride was beautiful in an aquamarine spring talleur with all her fox trimmings and accessories of gray tones. Her flowers were pink rosebuds and valley lies. Mr. and Mrs. Green left immedi ately after the ceremony for Dallas, where there was a car awaiting them and they started out on an extended honeymoon trip to Monterey, Mexico. Upon their re turn, they will be at home at the St. Charles Apartment House, own ed by the groom, and where he maintains his offices. The bride, one of Amarillo’s love lest and most talented girls, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Buckingham, 1022-B West Fifteenth Avenue. Her grandfather, the late J. EB. Hughes, was one of the pio neers of this section and opened the Hughes Addition in the west part of Amarillo. Mr. Green is the son of the late Charles L. Green, also a pioneer of this section and wealthy financier of Amarillo, Mr. Green manages the Green Estate.
