State of Michigan, the Probate Court for the County of Cheboygan. At a session of said court held at the Probate Office in the City of Cheboygan in said county,on the yapigetonney day of March, A. D. 924, Present: Hon. Wm. N. Cross, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of ARTHUR J. ROSS, deceased. Joseph Ross having filed. in this court a petition praying that the estate of Arthur J. Ross be re-opened and that an administration de bonis now be appointed for. the purpose of prosecuting a cause now pending: in the Circuit Court of Cheboygan Coun ty, against John C. Davis Director General of Railroads, and that ad ministration, of said estate be grant ed to Joseph Ross or some other suitable person. It is ordered, that the 21st day, of April, A.D. 1924, at ten o’clock, in the forenoon, at said probate office, be and is hereby appointed for hear ing said petition. a on ‘It is further ordered, that ‘public notice thereof be given by publication of a copy of this. order/ for, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing in the Cheroygan Demo crat, a newspaper printed and circu lated in ‘said county.
