Constitution Adopted by Rock ingham Agriculturists. 500 Copies to Be Distributed Among Members—Boys’ Corn Club Carries Out a Program. At the meeting of the Rockingham Farmers’ Association at 10 o’clock Saturday morning a constitution was adopted and 500 copies ordered to be printed, and distributed among the members of the Association. The attendance was small on account of the rain. In the ‘afternoon at the meeting of the Corn Club the prearranged pro gram was carried out with the ex ception of the paper on ‘‘How to Make the Soil Fertile,’’ by Henry Bowman, of Melrose. The three papers read were received with great favor by the audience. W. C. Shackle ford addressed both the morning and afternoon meetings.
