There were many features to the all day meeting at the Briery Branch schoolhouse Friday last but probably the feature received most enthusias tically of all was the basket-dinner which was served at the school. Geo. H. Harvey, county superintendent of schools; Chas. W. Wampler demon strator of the Rockingham county Boy’ Corn Club, and W. C. Shackle ford, government demonstrator of the Seventh Congressional district, were present, and gave several interesting talks.
