The funeral of Jerome P. Knight was held at his late residence or Prairie street Thursday and was attest ed by a number of the citizens who ha#;;, known the deceased daring hie long Residence ip Fulton. The brief services ^ere conducted by Rev. W. Jaggard anlt; i his discourse was appropriate to fchi solemn occasion. The burial.'service j: of the Methodist Episcopal church -Vaa conducted at the grave and the:;remains were lowered to the last restir g place. The pall-bearers were James O Ronrke, E. E. Lowry, W. F. Echelberge’:, T. H. Smith, L. H. Bosley and P. G. lt;Joster.
