Funeral of Mrs. E. C. Barber Today. Mrs. BE. C. Barber, a resident of St. Paul for twenty years, died Thursday at Bethesda hospital. She was forty one years old, and is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Orton P. Jay, and her father, F. F. Little, who was a pioneer of St. Paul. Three sisters, Mrs. Henry E. Danz, Mrs. Ella Brant and Mrs. C. P. Bailey, also survive Mrs. Barber. Funeral services will be held this aft ernoon at her late residence, 167 West Fourth street. Interment will be at Red Wing.
