Starbuck, April 15.—A heavy snowstorm is on today. It is hoped it will not last long, as the scarcity of feed of all kinds has become a serious problem in our lo cality. Wheat seeding had become general, but will be retarded for some time on account of the storm. Our implement dealers report a buoy time, which donotes that the farmers still have faith in this part of the country. Mr. Logan, of the National creamers, has been canvassing for cream for the coming season, and has secured a consid erable quantity for his firm. Farmers around here are turning their attention more to cows, as those who shit cream last summer were highly satisfied with the results. Our parson, Rev. Mr. Richardson, gave an eloquent discourse in Starbuck church on Sunday.
