The President was the recipient of a fine serenade at night, from the bands of the 33d Massachusetts regiment and the 6th New York cavalry. At ten o’clock to-day he received the officers of the army at his tent, and at noon to-day he will review the cavalry under Gen. Stoneman, and to-morrow at 12 o’clock will be present at a grand review of the infantry of the Army of the Potomac.
