ORDINANCE NO. 14-80 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. 1-80 REGARDING APPOINTING THE VILLAGE SOLICITOR AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the Village of Harrison appointed Victor S. Paola and Donald J. Meyer, fro of the law firm of Paola Meyer to be Solicitor of the Village of Harrison. , WHEREAS, ‘The association of Mr. Paola and Mr. Meyer has been terminated; WHEREAS, Victor S. Paola has and is the principal person in charge of the Solicitor's duties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DRAINED by the Council of the Village of Harrison, Ohio as follows: Section 1 of Ordinance 1 80 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1 That Victor S. Paola, Attorney at Law, be employed as the Solicitor of the Village of Harrison, Ohio for a period from January 1, 1980 through December 31, 1981. That all other Sections of Ordinance 1-80 remain the same. _This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Harrison, Ohio the reason for said emergency being that the Village requires con tinuity in its legal advisor on an immediate basis.
