F. W. Converse of Los Angeles, California, has just traded hie Manhattan hotel property on lake Okoboji to J, H. Walters of Salt.Lake City, Utah. Mr. Walters ie pleftsant^appearing and is said to be a thorough hotel man. He has; all the qualifications to make Manhattan an up to date summer resort. In the deal Mr. Converse comes into possession of a very flue orange grove in California.
