j. k r:iFOOTBALL.ANNUAL MEETING.The members of the Bunbury Football flub held their annual meeting on Thursday night at the Prince of Wales Hotel. In the absence of the President, Mr. (ieo. I lav ward. who was unable to attend, Mr. M. Wallis was voted to the chair,The Secretary, Mr. H. Sinclair, in the course of his report reviewing the past season, stated that the flub was to be congratulated upon the success achieved during season 1903. During the season the Club played six matches in the Beigel Trophy Competition without .sobering defeat at the handsof any of the opposing teams, therein winning the trophy. From a financial point the Club had a successful season. The receipts for the past season amounted to £19 His. Kd . an«l the expenditure, including the sum of £:» 6s. Kd.. deficiency from the previous year, amounted to £19 10s. Id., leaving a credit balance of 7d. Taking into consideration the fact that they had wiped ofl the debts incurred during season 1902 the result of the past season must be looked upon as having been a very satisfactory one. They had to thank the President, Mr. Geo. Hayward, for the great interest which he had at all times manifested in the flub. mid also to Mr J. Iluswell aiid officers of the flub in general for the assistance which ihev had rendered.The following officers were elected for the ensuing year .—Patron. Mr. T. Ilayward. M L.A. , President, Mr. Geo. Hayward ; Vice-Presidents, Messrs. E. Krachler. Wilcox, McDermott. Wallis. J. Buswcll. McKen/.ie. Marsh. Brewer, and Zolner ; treasurer Mr. Marsh ; secretary Mr. Jamieson (Mr Sinclair finding that he was unable again to accept office) ; com-miteec. Messrs S. Shaw, fanner. Sinclair, Phillips. J. Naylor, and IF. North ; faptain. Mr. S. Shaw , Vice-captain, Mr. McGrath ; Match committee, Messrs J. Hands, Sinclair, and North ; delegates to the Association, Messrs. Wallis and Wilcox.Mr. Stephenson, who was present, offered a silver cup for competition amongst the clubs in the local Associ at ion. Mr. Wilcox offered a trophy for competition to be derided by the Association, and Mr. McDermott offered a trophy for the greatest number of goals kicked by any club in the Assotfation.A vote of thanks to the chairman toncluded the meeting.
