_t_SOME DIVORCE CASES.An officer noticing a man of unusual appearance going along the street last evening said: “There goes a respondent in a suit for divorce that Thomas II. Irvine has brought against his wife. The man and woman live some where near here, in the country, and she left Tom about a year ago to take up with him. Tom Irvine is one of the old time sheriffs of the state, once of Custer county, later of Ravalli, where he was sheriff for two terms. He now lives at Hamilton, with his family of live children, whom his wife abandoned when Tom began to grow old and seedy and failed in his political pull. Tom asks for absolute divorce and the custody of all the children and it is not probable that the woman will interpose any objection.”
