IIilt;iii School.—Prescott is now as-tired of a High School, or collegiate department to her graded, puldic school, the board having so decided Saturday, by unanimous vote. It will be run independent of the graded school, on its merits, tuition to be charged to pay for teacher; following studies to comprise a three year’s course: Solid geometry, trigonometry, higher algebra, rhetoric, literature, English history, chemistry, geology, astronomy, moral philosophy, book-keeping, mental philosophy and 1 Infiii. We congratulate the school board and our town on this good move. It is just what we advocated in this paper while Prof. Conger was here in 18HG, and since.
