Daniel West, Nancy Radley formerly Nancy West, John Pryor, Martha Pryor, Lucy Pryor, Samuel Pryor, Wil-. liam W. Pryor, and James Pryor, minors, children of Susan Pryor, formerly Susan West, dec’d. Lucy Hensley and William S. Hensley her husband Judah Smith and Benjamin Smith her husband, William W. West, James West, Robert A, West and Joseph West, children and heirs at law of James West dec’d.COMES the said complainant by Bright his counsel and filed his bill and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that said defendants John Pryor, Martha Pryor, Lucy Pryor, Samuel Pryor, William W. Pryor, and James Pryor, and Robert A. West, are not at this time residents of the state of Indiana, on motion, it is ordered by the court, that three months notice of the pendency of this suit be given by publishing the same for four weeks successively in the “Republican and Banner” a weekly newspaper printed and published in the town of Madison, countv and state aforesaid, and that unless the said defendants be and personally appear here, on or before the first day of the next term of this court, either by themselves or counsel, and answer said bill that the matters and things therein contained will be taken as confessed and decreed accordingly—* and this cause is continued.Bv order of the court.A true copy—Attest.R.
