SERVICES FOR MAUDEFISCHER HELD THURSDAYThe death of Mrs. Maude Fisher a 67-year old resident of Delavan, occurred at the Pekin hospital at 12:30 a.ni. Tuesday, April 6th.Mrs. Fisher was horn in Mason City October 13, 1880, a daughter of Thomas and Mary DeLong Griffin. Her marriage to Charles Fisher took place in Pekin on December 20, 1899.Surviving are the husband; four daughters, Mrs. Leonard Goekcn, Green Valley; Mrs. Albert Meins. Delavan: Mrs. Darrell Runyon, Manito, and Mrs. Carl Kohlbacher, South Pekin, and one brother, Lewis Griffin, Mason City.Funeral services were held at the Johnson Funeral home in Manito at l‘:30 Thursday afternoon with Rev. E. E. Stauffer officiating.Pallbearers were Archie Ingersoll John Fisher, jr., Vernic Hilst, Robert Hilst, Arvin Beebe. Vincent Runyon.Mrs. Vernie Ethell and Mrs. Mabel Ethell sang with Miss Alpha Ethell at the piano. Burial was in Meadow Lawn Cemetery.
