EllxabetL Motorist Fined $27 HereHoy Batchelor, 34 years old, colored, of 310 Spring street, Elizabeth, was charged by- Patrolman Lesterperson to operate bis car* and was flood $20 and $2 cost of court in police court Monday night by Judge Carroll K, Sellers* Horace E. Bolling of 1020 East. Grand street, Elizabeth, charged with driving without a license, was fined $3 and $2 cost of court . .Four drivers were'Summoned for driving without 1043 license plates, the second week1* list of offenders for this failure to observe regulations.' The following were fined $3 each: Irving Sarlln, 304 Bender avenue, Roselle Park; Everett Black, 039 Grandview avenue.^Westfield; and Frank Momot, 31 Burchfield avenue,Victor (Milklewla; ZSStocustavenue,Garwood, ' arraigned on a similar charge preferred by. Patrolman Frank I Caruso, received a suspended sen-* tence and.was assessed $2 costa*Leroy Williams of 533 Bergen avenue, Newark, was charged with speeding and driving without a license by Patrolman Louis Guertin and was fined ,$12. John Andrews of 153 Broad street, Summit, summoned by Guertin and Caruso, was fined'$3 for passing a stop light.Mrs. Pinky Wright, colored, of 28 Johnson avenue, was given a thirty-day suspended jail sentence on a charge preferred by Sgt. Lawrence Bonnell that she was operating a public gambling place in her home on February 20. John Spurlock, colored, of Johnson avenue, charged with loitering in. a place where gambling was going on, was also given a thirty-day suspended Jail sentence but Stephen'Brooks, colored, of Johnson avenue, charged with loitering' in* a gambling house, was fined $10. •
