BENNINGTON DIES HE)Frank Weaver, 34 years of age, died at the local hospital Monday evening at about -11 o’clock, the cause of death being peritonitis. Mr. Weaver underwent an operation for appendicitis last Wednesday. He was a native of Bennington, having lived there all his life with the exception of two years when he served in the L. D. S. mission field in Australia.He is survived by his wife and three small children, James, 7 vears Id, Jean 5 and Sterling, 10 months old. He also leaves his mother, Mrs. Horace Weaver of Bennington and the following brothers and sisters: Horace,•Jr., Elmer, and Melvin Weaver of Bennington; Wright Weaver of Huntington, Utah; Mark Weaver of Salt Lake City; Reo Weaver of California and Mrs. Fawn Milward of California.Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 o’clock from the Bennington Chapel, interment will be made In the Bennington Cemetery.
