April ,10—For sov-eral months tho authorities have I'eon trailing tho two men who after entering ami taking possession of cottages at Columbus defied the owner to take them, one it Is allogod drawing a rovolvor when his pal bo came caught In a barbed wire fence and holding the pursuer off until he was liberated. One of the accuBod men Is now under lock and key and both hull from New York State.One of tho young men charged with entering tho cottages at Lake Columbus. Warren county, last December. and using and destroying tho contents, was brought before Jus tlce Blackman this morning nt 10 oclock. Ills name la Bryan King of Westfield. X Y.. and he waived a hearing and was sent, to the county jail for a trial next .Juno being hold !n 1300 ball. Another young man. AVally Post. also of Westfield, and wanted for the samo offense by the offlcers has not yet been arrented. Or fleers are after him and hope to get I linn soon.
