T V • •Fiery Hot Springs Editor in TroubleFairbanks, March i —On a charge of ' endeavoring to procure and incite another to commit perjury,an indictment was returned during the week against George Hinton Henry, the editor of the Hot Springs l'cho. Henry will he brought to Fairbanks for trial. The indictment recites that on February 3 Hinton endeavored to get Benj. Drury, the agent and clerk of the N. C. Co., to commit perjury itt the case of the I'nited 'talcs vs. Alice Taylor. It is understoodthat lienrv tried to get Drury to assert that he had not sold liquor to the Taylor woman between certain dates.
