A Chicken Delight store to be opened at 6th Stress West and Grand Avenue Sunday will be the first franchise granted in Mon tana by the Rock Island, Ti, ca tering firm. The store will be owned and operated by Fred Bolle, Billings restaurant man, in conjunction with a Toot beer stand at the same location. A. L. Tunick of Mock Island, president and founder of Chick en Delight, left Saturday after completing local arrangements for the opening. Tunick, who founded is company in 1952, said he now has 90 stores in 23 states. The process by which meals of chicken or shrimp are cooked is exclusive with his company, Tun ick said. He described the metho d as “conduction cooking” and said it involved a “new application of an oll methind of cooking.
